Initial Meeting

We start by understanding you: what your current situation is, what you want to achieve by partnering with us, what your ambitions are for the future of your business and any concerns you have.

In some cases, our partners have a clear idea of what they want to achieve. In other cases, they are seeking our help to establish their aims. Whatever your starting point, at the end of this meeting we will have agreed on your client’s objectives for working with us and how we will help.

This first meeting is also a chance for you to get to know us a bit better and ask us any questions you have. We believe it is very important that you have a chance to get to know us and understand how we will add value for you and your clients before you part with any money. For this reason, we do not charge any fees unless and until you decide to proceed with the partnership.

Solution planning

Using the information you have provided, we will build up a comprehensive picture of your current situation and how well it is working for you and your clients. We will examine how likely it is that you will achieve the goals you have for your business if you stay on your current path and consider the other options open to you. We will then analyse whether these options are more likely to produce the right results. Whether that is collaborative investment and asset management support, expert financial planning and advice or some other combination, we will explore every avenue open to you in pursuit of your goals.

Proposal

We will present our recommendations to you as a comprehensive plan. Your plan will show you how entering a partnership like the ones we provide can bring you closer to achieving your goals and the benefits this would offer your clients.

We will show you in detail the various opportunities available to you as our partner and demonstrate what these would involve in practice. And we will discuss with you our unique approach to asset management and financial planning and the results we have been able to deliver for advisory professionals just like you. We will present a range of options for you to consider and make our recommendations on the options we believe give you the greatest chance of meeting the goals you have for your business.

We will give you plenty of opportunities to ask any questions you have to allow you to make a fully informed decision about your next steps.

Implementation

If you choose to move forward with our recommendations, we will implement the actions required, taking as much of the administrative burden from you as possible. We will ensure that the necessary support is put in place swiftly, efficiently and professionally and that you are kept informed of progress at all times.

Building a more successful business is a long-term strategy. For that reason, we encourage you to see our partnership as an ongoing process – a journey. Although our ongoing services are optional, our partners often tell us this is where they gain the most value from working with us.

Our annual review meetings with you provide us with the opportunity to assess how well the partnership is working for you and chart your progress towards your client’s goals. Where you have experienced changes in your circumstances, we can adjust your plan accordingly to ensure you are not disrupted. Where new opportunities have arisen that allow us to offer our support more effectively or efficiently, either from changes in legislation or from the release of new financial products into the market, an ongoing relationship allows us to take full advantage of these opportunities without delay.
